When will I receive money in my bank account?

We are committed to offering best and secure services to you including your personal data protection. Once you register, we need to secure and protect your personal and transactional data for which we have robust backend processes which takes some time. Therefore, the first settlement would take a maximum of T+2 days.

For existing merchants thereafter,

What are the charges to use the application?

Currently, we offer one basic plan for which charges are as follows:

– MDR of 2.0% for Credit Cards
– MDR of 1.0% for Debit Cards
– MDR of 0% for UPI

– Service charges of 0.15% for Credit and Debit Cards. This charge is currently waived for a limited time and is not being charged
– 50 paise per UPI settlement. This charge is also currently waived for a limited time.
– For Credit and Debit card transactions of more than Rs.2000, additional GST @ the current rate 18% is charged on the MDR.

For example, if you take a payment of Rs.3000 using credit card, you will get a net payout of Rs.2,929.20

Customer pays: + Rs.3,000
MDR @ 2.0%: – Rs.60
GST @ 18%: – Rs.10.80
Service charges: – Rs.0

Net payout: + Rs.2,929.20

*MDR – Merchant Discount Rate

How do I change my bank account number?

To change your bank account number send us your bank account details on our whatsapp support number from your registered mobile number as follows:

  1. Account holder name
  2. Account number
  3. Bank name
  4. IFSC code

What if I didn’t receive my settlement/payout?

Due to server and systems maintenance either at bank’s end or at our end, the settlement could be delayed. You may call us or send a message on our whatsapp number +91 96508 28347.

Can I get a printed QR code?

  1. Kindly send <NEED QR CODE> on our whatsapp support number +919650828347 or e-mail us your registered name, mobile number and your address contact@zup.cash to get a printed QR code.

What should I do if I don’t receive OTP?

If you are unable to receive the OTP, you need to check your DND services. If, even after making changes to the DND settings, the issue persists, please call us or drop us a whatsapp message <SEND OTP> on +91 96508 28347.

How to accept payments via QR code?

  1. Enter amount when you see POS on screen.
  2. Press ‘Get QR’.
  3. A QR code will appear.
  4. Ask your customer to scan QR code.
  5. You will get a message on app that customer has paid you.

How can I accept payments if I am offline or have poor network?

Please follow the same process described above. Our system generates a static QR code even when you are offline or have connectivity issues.

How can I check my transaction history?

Tap 3 dots at the top right corner of the app and then go to transaction book.

Can I send money by using BHIM ZUP POS?

No, you can only receive payments by using this app.

How can I apply for loan?

  1. Click on ‘Get Loan’ button.
  2. Fill the form.
  3. Click on ‘Submit’

How can I check status of my loan?

To check the status of your loan application please reach out to us our whatsapp support number +919650828347.

How can I apply my coupon code purchased by Techjockey?

  1. Simply press <Get your secure UPI QR code Tap here> on app.
  2. Press on APPLY MY CODE.
  3. Enter your coupon code and click on APPLY.
